Metsubishi

Metsubishi means "eyes", and is a defensive weapon composed of powders to be thrown at the eyes.
Typical formulas include: metal shavings (for blindness) flour/baby powder (for mist) Cayenne pepper (for stinging and so forth).
Some ways of using metsubishi in a bead tube, with twine tied to a belt loop. You can rip off the top from the twine, and can throw the blinding powder. It is normally thrown following a diagonal pattern from the hip area to the shoulder area; this makes a fog. It can also be thrown with the arm even with your opponents eyes, blinding them. Following the throw, you normally would roll, getting behind the opponent or to a point of concealment.
